Jamal and his sister Bibi try to save their Mum and Dads lives and also the life of football. After their Mum's secret school was discovered, the government try to kill them by blowing up their house and killing them. All because the law says that nobody can play football. They make a quick dash out of the country and get smuggled into Australia. Will they make it and have a happy life or be captured and killed? Its up to you to find out!

  1. I really enjoyed reading this book. The topic was really interesting, I enjoyed finding out about a family fleeing from Afghanistan - it is so hard to imagine that this type of thing is still happening today. A fascinating read
