I popped into school on Tuesday so sort out the furniture. Heston came with me to see Stephanie. Here are a couple of snaps of him hanging out (very cheekily on the couch) in our classroom. Look how big he is now! Have you spent time with your pets this holiday?
You can also see my husband's arm leaning on Heston, he also came to school with me as his work was closed due to the earthquake. The air conditioning unit had soaked everything! Luckily he is back at work now. Did any of your parents' have to stay at home after the earthquake? How many earthquakes and after shocks have you felt?
Heston is so big! when i saw him last he was a lot smaller.
ReplyDeleteMy parents had to stay home after the earthquake and it was cool to have them home in the holidays because my parents both start work at 5 am and come back home at 6 pm so don't get to see them much everyday.
WOW!!! hesten is so big. That is a shame that your husbin could not go to work I saw some pictures on google of wellington it was crazy!!! I had felt 1 BIG earth quakes and no after shocks. My dad works in wellington so he could not go to work but my mum works in porirua so she was fine :)
ReplyDeletewhat has heston been eotten alot eating human becuase hes gotten alot bigger...anyway yes our whole church felt the earthquake on sunday and I thought siriours so I went under the chair. my parent still had to go work and I felt 1 aftershocks on that sunday
ReplyDeleteWOW!!!! Heston is so BIG!!!. The last time I saw him he was very small. Heston must love the couch. My Mum was thinking of going to work the day of the earthquake. When the earthquake happened my mum decided to stay home from work because it was too dangerous.

ReplyDeleteWhat has Heston been eating he's so big he was tiny the last time i saw him there was the earth quake on Sunday that scared me so much that i protected my baby sister and there was an after shock that scared me allot one of my fish died in the holidays but iv'e still got one left luckily.
Heston is HUGE and he probably has alot more growing.Anyway I spent alot of time with my pets in the holidays basicaly every day of the holidays I went up to see the miniture horse I look after,it was so cute because he was following me around everywhere!I also walked my dog alot and she really enjoyed it!I am also really excited because in September I might be getting some guinea pigs!

The earthquake two weeks ago was cool. We just got back from Willowbank Park.I found a wood block from a fallen tree and I called him Woody when suddenly the ground started moving. I was an EARTHQUAKE. "Get under the doorway" my Mum yelled (it was just like at the earthquake at Te Papa) 6.5 times bigger. I didn't feel any of the aftershocks.

Wow he is so big now it looks like he had a lot of fun. I spent a lot of time with my dogs and cats they had a lot of fun to.When the earthquack happened my dogs were just barking at the window and my cats came inside.

I was in Palmerston visiting my cousins when I felt the aerthquake which is like the first one I have ever felt!!!!It was so scary and I wasn't even in Wellington!!!-Bernice
Miss Armstrong told us how big Heston is! We think that Heston is probably bigger than all of D1! We had a dog come to visit us this week as well. His name was Baxter. Baxter lives at the SPCA. We have been finding out about why the SPCA are a superhero in our community. Do you know why the SPCA is so important?
